What to include in a support request

• Your app version and build number, if available in Settings.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• Do not send project content, photos, audio, addresses, or personal data unless it is necessary for the request and you choose to share it.

Local data and deletion

WerkLog public v1 stores project data locally on your device. You can usually edit or delete project data inside the app. Removing the app or app data from your device may remove local data, subject to iOS behavior and backups you control through Apple services.

Privacy and GDPR requests

Because public v1 keeps project data local by default, the developer usually cannot access your project data. If you have sent information to support or privacy contact channels, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or consent withdrawal where applicable by contacting shirsavar@outlook.de.

Website hosting

This support page may be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical website access data needed to deliver and protect these static pages. This website hosting does not give the developer access to local WerkLog project data stored inside the iOS app.

Known v1 scope

• Core capture works offline for text notes, photos, videos, voice notes, and document scans.
• Voice notes remain usable even if local transcription is unavailable.
• Persian local speech transcription may show an unsupported-language warning in v1.
• Scanner document capture and OCR are local-device features available in Advanced Mode. Optional Local AI voice review is also Advanced-only and requires explicit Local AI enablement plus an installed local voice model.
